What it asks for

This offer asks the buyer for name and address. What the buyer gives is written into the purchase's agreement, which is public: in a demonstration, give invented details. Each value is at most 1000 characters, and nothing is cut.

Through the kit's own doors, which any agent can use: give each in with, by its name. Through UCP's checkout: name in buyer.first_name and buyer.last_name; address in a shipping method's selected destination in fulfillment, UCP's fulfillment extension. A platform whose profile does not declare the extension an ask needs cannot send it: its checkout is requires_escalation, with a requires_buyer_input message naming the ask, and its continue_url is this page.

ordering

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it and take payment; we may decline an order.

prices

In US dollars, excluding sales tax. Applicable sales tax is added where required.

payment

Paid in full when you buy, in USDC on Base Sepolia. By paying, you agree to the terms of sale and the artwork licence.

production

Made to order by our print-on-demand partner: production takes 2 to 5 business days.

delivery

A flat 4.99 to US addresses only; delivery 2 to 7 business days after production. Estimates are not guarantees. Risk passes on delivery to the address given.

returns

Misprinted, damaged or lost items are replaced or refunded within 30 days of delivery, with a photo. Unworn items in original condition are returnable within 30 days of delivery; you pay return shipping.

refunds

Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days.

warranty

The goods are provided as is, with no warranties beyond those stated here and those the law does not allow us to exclude.

liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

governing law

Delaware law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

privacy

We collect the name, address and order details you give, use them only to fulfil your order, and share them only with our print and payment partners.

artwork licence

The images printed on the goods are licensed only for the use of the product itself: to wear, use and display the item. You may not reproduce, copy, scan, alter or resell the artwork apart from the item, or use the marks to suggest Integra endorses anything.

changes

We may change these terms; the version number and date at /terms.md state which apply. An order is governed by the terms in force when accepted.
