- Definition
- A settled payment is a nominal transaction the probe makes with the seller's consent, or a settlement reference the seller supplies.
- Passes when
- For a settled payment, the pairing's settlement read returns H, and H equals the hash of the agreement record's bytes served at L. Without a settled payment, not tested, never not met.
